The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with a proven track record of success in a corporate environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of daily office operations and play a pivotal role in an upcoming office relocation project.

* Key Responsibilities include leading the office relocation project, ensuring successful move management and full operational readiness from day one.
* Manage meeting room and hot desk bookings, including preparation of refreshments and maintaining tidy, presentable spaces.
* Oversight of all health & safety compliance, including training for fire wardens and first aiders, and maintaining evacuation procedures.
* Main point of contact with building management for all facility and maintenance issues.
* Coordination with third-party service providers (e.g. cleaners, engineers, contractors), ensuring service quality and compliance.

We are seeking a dynamic, service-focused Office Manager to join our client—a leading global retail business—at their West End office.

A collaborative, can-do attitude is essential, as well as strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with flexibility to manage changing priorities.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Prior experience as an Office Manager in a corporate or professional environment is essential, 80+ ppl.
* Demonstrable experience managing or supporting an office relocation project.
* Confident managing a small reception/facilities team, with a motivating and hands-on leadership style.
* High attention to detail, with a proactive approach to facilities management and workplace safety.
