About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task.
Deliver pre-set work and manage the classroom environment effectively.
Support pupils in maintaining positive behaviour.
Adapt confidently to different subjects and school settings.
Build strong relationships with staff and students across multiple schools.
