Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Class 2 (Cat C) Multi-Drop Truck Driver to join their Warehouse team in Sittingbourne. This role is integral to our distribution operation where you’ll be working in a professional environment, as a key part of the wider Regional Distribution Centre team. We are looking for a candidate that is able to share our passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
You will be responsible for delivering multiple drops of palletised freights, which are unloaded by each customer. All drops are delivered in industrial areas, all of which are within 1 and half hour to 2 hours radius from Sittingbourne.
The role of Class 2 (Cat C) Multi Drop Truck Driver:
Duties will specifically cover the following areas:
* Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time, in full on a daily basis
* Present a professional image and great customer service skills when making deliveries
* Complete all deliveries accurately for each customer
* Provide feedback from customers as part of continuous improvement
* Conduct daily checks of your vehicle to main legal compliance
Key Skills and Operational Requirements:
Operational Requirements for the role:
* Class 2 (Cat C) Driving License
* Digital Tachograph
* Driver CPC
* Minimum age: 25 (insurance purposes)
The successful candidate will also have the following key skills:
* Physically fit
* Numerate and Literate
* Excellent attention to detail
* Flexibility and good work ethic

* Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
* 22 days holiday, rising by 1 day each year up to 25, with the option to buy or sell up to 3 days
