They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 teacher to cover maternity leave for the duration of the academic year. Your new role Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to the KS1 curriculum. Maintain a nurturing and inspiring learning environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and a love for learning. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through strong behaviour management techniques, ensuring an inclusive and encouraging space for all learners. Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, parents, and guardians, promoting a collaborative approach to education and pupil well-being. What you'll need to succeed Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and best practices in primary education. Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to inspire and engage young learners. Strong communication and teamwork skills, contributing to the school's ethos of honesty and community.
