We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated individual to join our well-established team as Part-Time Accommodation Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people in developing the skills they need to live independently and thrive.

You’re someone who genuinely cares about helping others and wants to make a real, lasting difference. This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 role, flexibility is key. You’ll work across a varied rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, supporting young people when they need it most.

About the Service:
Parkfield Hall (OFSTED Regulated) Supports young people aged 16–25 in a scheme-based setting with 10 self-contained flats and a crash pad. The focus is on helping them gain essential life skills and transition to independent living.
