Duties as Job Coach:
* Provide one-to-one and group coaching to individuals to support them into work, training, or further education.
* Help participants identify career goals, develop employability skills, and build confidence.
* Support with CV writing, interview preparation, job applications, and workplace skills.
* Work in partnership with employers, training providers, and support services to create opportunities.
* Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainable employment outcomes.
Ideal Job Coach:
* Experience in employability, education, training, or careers advice (desirable).
* Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills as a Job Coach.
* Ability to motivate and inspire individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
* A positive and proactive approach with a commitment to helping others succeed.
