Job Title: Business Development Executive (New Logo Hunter)

Compensation: £185,000 – £225,000 OTE

The Role
Seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive (New Logo Hunter) to lead strategic net-new customer acquisition across key verticals. This is a pure hunting role focused on opening doors, building pipeline, and closing high-value enterprise deals within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across industries such as Life Sciences, Oil & Gas / Energy, and Automotive / Industrial, engaging senior decision-makers and delivering measurable business outcomes through our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, with a strong emphasis on net-new logo acquisition
* Identify, engage, and convert enterprise-level prospects within target industries
* Build and execute strategic account plans to penetrate complex organisations
* Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, including C-level and technical stakeholders
* Develop deep industry insight to position solutions effectively in regulated environments
* Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to maximise deal success
* Consistently exceed revenue targets and pipeline generation goals
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Required Experience & Background
* 10+ years of enterprise SaaS or industrial technology sales experience
* Proven track record of closing net-new enterprise deals in complex sales cycles
* Direct experience in at least one of the following industries:
* Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices)
* Oil & Gas / Energy (OG&E)
* Automotive / Industrial
* Demonstrated success selling into regulated, compliance-driven environments
* Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes
* Consistent overachievement of quota in high-value deal environments
