The Role
Lead and inspire a50-80+ strong teamacross sales, operations, manufacturing, and engineering.
1. Own theP&L and balance sheet, maximising profitability and long-term value.
2. Drive thecommercial strategyand scale revenue from an already solid £8-16m turnover.
