The Opportunity As an Agent Relationship Manager, you’ll play a central role in our Collections function, overseeing the performance of our external service partners and supporting our journey towards An Electric Britain. Your work will help strengthen operational quality, improve customer outcomes and manage essential cost and performance controls. You’ll join us on a starting salary of £44,800 per annum, with the flexibility of a hybrid approach. Your contractual location will be Gadeon House in Exeter, giving you a balance of focused home working and valuable collaboration time with the team.
