Recruitment Administrator Location: Holmes Chapel, CW4 Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (can be flexible) Rate of pay: £12.74 - £13.18ph (dependant on experience) Temporary contract: 2 - 3 months initially with possibility of extension We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support within our client's recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of recruitment. If you have excellent customer service skills combined with strong data entry and administrative skills, we want to hear from you! You will work closely with the recruitment team and be involved in various tasks that are essential to the hiring process, from matching candidates to the right roles and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey. Key responsibilities: Candidate Matching: Assist in understanding the importance of matching candidates to roles that suit their skills and aspirations which may involve prescreening applicants. Onboarding and Compliance: Help with onboarding activities, including conducting right to work checks and reference checks. Recruitment Activities: Support the recruitment team in creating engaging job adverts and profiles, prescreening applicants and providing interview and selection support. You may also be required to represent our client at open days within the local area with the team. Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing and managing email correspondence to keep operations running smoothly. Customer Experience Focus: Ensure an exceptional experience is provided for job applicants, new recruits, and existing colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
