Deliver high-quality technical support across the business, ensuring timely resolution of issues and meeting service level expectations.Complete regular operational tasks and respond to Service Desk requests as assigned by management.Collaborate with the Technical Support Team on service improvement initiatives and project delivery.Provide 2nd line support across multiple sites, including ad hoc telephone cover for the Service Desk when needed.Manage and support desktops, laptops, applications, backups, and scheduled processes, ensuring all routine tasks are completed.Offer occasional out-of-hours support and ensure all daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operational processes are fulfilled.Do you have what it takes? Proven 2nd line support experience across multi-site environments, with strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS (7, 10, 11), Dell hardware, and Apple mobile devices.Skilled in Microsoft Azure, Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Active Directory; experienced in application packaging, deployment, and user/device management.Proficient in supporting Office 365, Exchange Admin Centre, in-house applications, and backup solutions such as VEEAM.Demonstrated ability to meet SLAs, manage operational tasks, and provide flexible support including out-of-hours and short-notice travel across company sites.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Holds a full UK driving license; educated to A-Level standard or equivalent; ITIL Foundation qualified (preferred); Microsoft or cloud certifications or equivalent experience.
