We’re looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Partner (QCIP) to support the operation and improvement of North’s Integrated Management System and help drive a strong quality culture across the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operational Assurance, you’ll support quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities across the organisation. Working closely with operational teams, projects and suppliers, you’ll help ensure processes are followed, standards are met, and improvement opportunities are identified and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 & 22301)
* Assist with internal audits, inspections and compliance activities
* Track non-conformities and corrective actions
* Support project quality plans and operational quality checks
* Assist with supplier quality and assurance activities
* Support business continuity planning and testing
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in quality, compliance or continuous improvement in an operational or project environment
* Working knowledge of ISO management system standards
* Experience with auditing, inspections and corrective actions
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to collaborate with teams across the organisation
* Experience with quality systems/tools (e.g. SafetyCulture) is beneficial

Location
Primarily office‑based (Glasgow/Camberley/ Newcastle/ North Wales) with flexibility to travel to North sites, audits, and customer meetings; occasional out‑of‑hours work during audits or accreditation windows. Full UK driving license required.
