Talent Acquisition Specialist – Dutch Business Travel Consultant
With offices in the UK, USA and South Africa, we are a growing travel management company specializing in the charity, academic and not‑for‑profit sectors. We are proud and passionate about what we do.
Our Operations Team delivers a high‑level service to academic and charity clients around the globe. We are currently recruiting Dutch speakers to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced business travel consultants. Comprehensive training will cover all elements of the role, including our reservation systems and processes.

Requirements
* Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) – essential
* Passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self‑motivation
* Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
* Previous experience as a business travel consultant
* Experience with net fares, including air passes
* Good GDS knowledge – Galileo preferable, though training can be given
* Ability to achieve individual and team targets
Working Hours and Location
Hours: 8:45 am‑5:30 pm (week 1), 8 am‑4:45 pm (week 2), 7 am‑3:45 pm (week 3). Monday–Friday, one weekend day every six weeks (with a mid‑week day off in lieu). The role may be based at our central Manchester office on a hybrid pattern (3 days in office) or from home (UK).
