ALM Manager City of London / Hybrid (3 home/2 offices)Permanent Up to £58,000 cer Financial are working alongside a well-known financial services firm who are based in Cardiff. They are seeking a ALM Manager to work with them on a permanent basis. The responsibilities of a ALM Manager will include: · The Manager will work closely with various parties (legal counsel, swap counterparties and other stakeholders to the transactions) to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met· Collaboration with IT and the ALM reporting teams to ensure quality of data and integrity of reporting processes· Profitability analysis that will be presented for approval as well as to BNPPF for their approval· Preparation of the TAC documentation for presentation to the BNPPF CFO and BNPP Group ALM for approval· Preparation of the TAC documentation requires pre-approval from various teams in Legal, Tax, Compliance and Risk. · Working with the Regulatory team, the Manager will prepare the required memo for presentation to the ECB seeking approval for new deals. · The Manager will also prepare the budget for the planned ABS transactions for review and approval by the Head of ALM and the SFS UK/DE/AT CFO· Work with the BPF ALM and IT teams to build and test new transactions in the BPF IT platforms to ensure correct and timely reporting of transactions· Review the output from the models used by ALM presenting the outcome for approval at the monthly Treasury Committee and where appropriate at the Stellantis Bank SA ALCO· These models are used in the management of Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk and therefore each has an impact on the profitability of the business The successful ALM Manager will have: · French and / or German will be nice to have.· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred· Treasury and/or Asset & Liability Management required· Knowledge of Securitisation required· Broad understanding of the business and/or desire to develop knowledge· Proficient in Excel is a must.
