This role will support the management of the company’s IT infrastructure and contribute to the development of bespoke software platforms. Develop IT solutions and software applications using a range of programming languages. Manage and maintain: Active Directory, Windows and Ubuntu servers, SQL databases (SQL Server & MySQL), virtual machines (VMware, vSphere), backups, documentation systems, and NAS solutions. Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems. Network devices including switches, firewalls, printers, and user endpoints. Software installations and ongoing hardware/software configuration. Support local and remote users across multiple offices via collaboration tools such as MS Teams. Assist with database management, system queries, and reporting.
