The opportunity here is for a creative & flair focussed Architect who is keen to turn their design strategies into reality!\n\nIf you are an Architect, why join?\n\nPeople‑first culture - Investors in People Gold Award: flexibility, trust and wellbeing are woven into day‑to‑day life.\nCity‑centre studio - a 5‑minute walk from Leeds Station with modern, collaborative workspaces.\nDiverse portfolio - residential, commercial and public‑sector frameworks offer variety and creative challenge.\nGenuine progression - a clear path into senior design leadership as the studio expands.As Architect, your role will be as follows:\n\nLead the front end of projects (RIBA 0‑3) - translate briefs into compelling concepts, feasibility studies and design strategies.\nDrive stakeholder engagement - run client and community workshops, shape briefs, present to planning authorities.\nCraft winning visuals - produce high‑quality sketches, imagery and narratives that secure approvals and funding.\nCollaborate across disciplines - brief internal teams and external consultants to ensure design intent carries forward.\nChampion innovation & sustainability - embed MMC, net‑zero and inclusive‑design thinking from day one.What you'll bring\n\n3-5 years' professional experience focused on RIBA 0‑3 (Architect, Part II/III, or experienced Designer).\nProven track record in concept design, master‑planning, feasibility and planning submissions.\nConfident communicator who can inspire clients, communities and colleagues.\nStrong visualisation and presentation skills - Revit (essential) plus SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe CC or similar.\nUp‑to‑date knowledge of UK planning policy and a keen interest in low‑carbon design.Rewards & benefits\n\nCompetitive salary £ 37,000 - £ 45,000 (DOE)\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\n3 % employer pension contribution\nSickness protection cover & paid professional memberships\nHybrid working (2-3 days from home) in a supportive, inclusive team culture\nStructured CPD and a transparent route to Senior Designer / AssociateSound like you?\n\nSend your CV and a succinct portfolio of front‑end work, or call James Jackson for a confidential chat
