Our services extend through the Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership, collaborating with local NHS trusts and GP alliances. With around 5,500 staff, we are a major employer in the region.

Since July 2022, the Trust has been a key partner in Cheshire's Integrated Care Systems, aligning with regional health strategies. We are also part of the national New Hospital Programme, reimagining Leighton Hospital to improve healthcare delivery.

For full responsibilities and key messages, please refer to the detailed Job Description. We encourage applicants requiring adjustments in the recruitment process to contact us.

Selection will be based on the Trust's values and the criteria outlined in the Job Description. Eligibility for sponsorship depends on meeting UK Government requirements for roles in eligible occupation codes, skill levels, and salary thresholds.

Appointments are subject to a 6-month probation, or 3 months for LED Doctors. References will be requested after a formal offer. Applicants are responsible for DBS disclosure costs, payable via payroll installments, and are encouraged to register with the DBS update service.

Travel expenses for interviews are not reimbursed. Some roles may impact NHS Pension Scheme arrangements; further details are available on the NHS Pensions website. Secondments for fixed-term positions may be considered with current line manager approval.
