Established for 25 years with over 50 employees, we are continuing to grow, which has resulted in another exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced commercial maintenance plumber.
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and reliable plumber to carry out service, repairs, and preventative maintenance across a range of commercial sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair plumbing faults across commercial buildings
* Conduct scheduled maintenance and compliance checks
* Work autonomously and respond to urgent breakdowns
* Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and other trades
* Complete job reports, safety checks, and compliance paperwork via tablet
* On Call Rota for out-of-hours emergency call-outs (1 in 12 weeks)
What You’ll Need
* Qualifications in Plumbing
* Current Driving Licence
* Skills Card
* Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
* Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
* Good communication skills
* Backflow and TMV accreditation (desirable)
* Pass a DBS check
