The Role
4. No cold calling! You'll manage a warm portfolio of clients
5. Build strong relationships by introducing services and products
6. Manage ongoing customer relationships for both adhoc needs and long-term contracts
7. Identify opportunities to up-sell additional services and products
8. Prepare and send competitive quotes promptly
9. Support the preparation of contracts, long-term agreements, and detailed proposals
10. Assist Finance in expediting overdue payments and resolving billing issues
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
11. A passion for aviation/logistics/procurement and/or a drive to work in sales
12. The ability to work independently and take initiative
13. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
14. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
You will be fast tracked if you also have:
15. Experience with sales and business development
16. Fluency in additional languages
