Occupational Therapist – Private Hospital (Hertfordshire)
A Private Hospital is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join the multidisciplinary team. You will support young people with complex mental health needs, helping them develop skills for daily living, emotional regulation, and meaningful occupation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing occupational needs and developing person-centered intervention plans
* Delivering individual and group-based therapeutic interventions
* Contributing to care planning, risk management, and MDT meetings
* Supporting recovery, independence, and engagement in meaningful activities
About you:
* HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
* Experience or interest in mental health and CAMHS settings
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate, recovery-focused approach
