Our client is a high-growth functional wellness brand that has scaled from £0 to £15m revenue in just 3 years, and is on track to reach £20m in year 4. Having evolved from a D2C-first business into a true omnichannel player across both online and retail, they are now looking for a Head of Brand to build on their success. With a world-class MD and a high-performing team already in place, the business is well positioned for significant scale and a potential exit within the next 3–4 years. 🚀
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
Brand Ownership & Identity
* Own how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual and verbal identity
* Act as the guardian of brand voice, creative output, and overall look & feel
Campaigns & Creative Execution
* Lead end-to-end brand campaigns, from concept through to execution across channels
* Build and deliver a focused marketing calendar aligned to key launches, cultural moments, and growth priorities
Partnerships, PR & Cultural Relevance
* Identify and activate brand partnerships, events, and collaborations that drive relevance and reach
* Own PR strategy and ensure the brand is visible in the right conversations, moments, and channels
Creative Direction & Output
* Direct and elevate all creative work across campaigns, retail, and brand assets
* Manage agencies and creatives to deliver standout, on-brand execution
Retail & Omnichannel Presence
* Ensure the brand shows up brilliantly in retail environments, from shelf to in-store activations
* Support compelling trade materials and storytelling that win with retail partners
Brand Performance & Growth Impact
* Define and track brand health metrics (awareness, organic reach, share of voice)
* Strengthen upper-funnel impact to improve overall marketing efficiency

* Brand Building Experience – Proven track record in brand marketing within DTC, FMCG, or consumer-led businesses
* Creative Leadership – Strong creative instincts with the ability to direct, elevate, and own brand output end-to-end

* Retail & Real-World Activation – Understands how brands show up in physical environments and win at shelf
