About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Coordinator for Engineering, Logistics and Motor Vehicle to join our Business Development Team. The team is responsible for building strong relationships with employers across the region, identifying workforce and training needs, and providing tailored solutions that help businesses develop their people. This includes promoting apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, Bespoke Employer‑Led Programmes, and a wide range of commercial training opportunities that drive growth and support local skills development.
Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with employers across the Engineering, Logistics and Motor Vehicle sectors to understand their workforce development needs.
* Identify opportunities to grow apprenticeship provision, Skills Bootcamps, Bespoke Employer‑Led Programmes and commercial training, providing tailored solutions that support businesses growth, meet local and regional skills priorities, and contribute to Etc. income generation targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke training programmes that meet the identified needs of employers.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
You’ll ideally have experience in employer engagement, sales or business development, preferably within the construction or education and training sector. However, previous experience is not essential.

Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:30‑4:30. Flexible lunch breaks. If you have a working pattern that you would prefer, discuss with us and we might be able to support.
