You’ll care for our young people daily, ensuring routines run smoothly and creating lasting memories. Tasks include preparing them for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends are for fun—playing games, sports, movie days, or outings like go-karting. Your work will be meaningful, tailored to each young person’s needs, personality, and potential, guiding them toward a positive future.
What We Do For You

* Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
* Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 per sleep, plus attendance allowance, regional allowance, welcome bonus, and loyalty bonus

* A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months

You will start as a Residential Support Worker through our ‘Care Academy’ training program.
