Job summary
There is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Pharmacy Administration team at Manchester University Foundation Trust. This role will help to provide a robust and responsive administration service to support our busy and energetic pharmacy teams. Based primarily at the Oxford Road Campus with occasional cross-site cover, you'll be part of a hardworking and friendly team that is the welcoming face of the department. Main duties of the job
1. To provide general administrative support to Senior Managers and the Operational Management Teams across Trust sites.
2. To provide responsive and comprehensive administrative support to high-level department and trust-wide committee meetings, including preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes.
3. To provide reception duties, ensuring visitors are welcomed and dealt with appropriately and in a professional, timely manner.
4. To provide support and information to all staff within the directorate in relation to HR, payroll and recruitment.
5. At times activities are varied and diverse, as the post-holder is expected to adapt to support the Senior Management Team and the Operational Managers in meeting their service delivery priorities.
6. To ensure an effective, efficient administrative service to the department.

Qualifications and Training
Essential
7. Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade A*-C/9-4, including English Language and Mathematics
8. A' Levels or equivalent level of study/experience in service area.
9. NVQ L3 in Business Administration or equivalent
10. Relevant IT qualification
11. Evidence of commitment to continued learning and development
Desirable
12. NVQ L4 in Business Administration or equivalent
13. Evidence of Continual Professional Development within existing role and a willingness to undertake further study in line with service needs.
Experience and Knowledge
