A day in the life of a New Homes Site Sales Consultant

1. Working within the New Homes Site Sales office at Southall
2. Register client details
3. Book and conduct property viewings
4. Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
5. Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
6. Canvassing and producing new businessCalling our client databaseContact home owners
7. Engage and be active within your local community to establish your reputation
8. Prepare contracts/terms and conditions to secure sales
9. Advertise properties through all available channelsSocial Media posts Quick Sneak Peak videosLeafletsPhotography
10. Refer relevant business to our internal resourcesLegal servicesMortgage and Protection Advisers

What you need to bring to the table

Demonstrable track record of success within a target driven role in Estate Agency, ideally knowledge or experience working within New Homes

A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service

Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry

A hunger to earn. A drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication

What’s on offer to you

Basic annual salary ranging between £18,000 to £25,000, dependent on your experience*

Hybrid schedule

Uncapped commission scheme:

11. 1st appointments arranged for our Mortgage and Protection Advisers
12. Legal sign ups
13. Sale completion – commission on every plot sold

The finer details

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
