The primary responsibility of the Telesales Specialist is to make outbound calls to both existing and prospect customers, with the intention of growing our customer base and ultimately, driving new business sales. You’ll act as an ambassador for our company, promoting our brand and values, and driving customer loyalty. Make every call a great experience for both you and the customer. Product Knowledge: Master our products and services and be ready to answer questions, provide solutions, and create a case for why our offerings are the best in the market. Build Relationships: Over the years, we’ve developed strong, loyal relationships with our customers – so we’d love you to keep that front and centre of your sales approach. That means making sure we actively listen to our customers and deliver on our promises, making sure we understand the customer’s needs. Pitch Perfect: With support and guidance, craft great sales pitches that leave customers excited to learn more about what we offer. Close Deals: Seal the deal by converting leads into customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaboration; working closely with other departments where needed, to find solutions for our customers, making sure we share feedback when it’s needed Communication; the ability to flex your communication style whilst always maintaining a friendly and professional tone. We want to make sure we’re always providing clear and concise information to our customers. Documentation - making it a priority to maintain accurate and detailed customer records, capturing the important detail and being clear about follow up.
