A Contract Services Coordinator is responsible for producing and maintaining accurate schematic drawings that support Legionella risk assessments and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring water system information is clearly documented, up to date, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and update schematic drawings of domestic hot and cold water systems.
* Interpret site survey information provided by Legionella Risk Assessors and translate this into clear, accurate schematics.
* Ensure drawings correctly represent pipework layouts, outlets, tanks, calorifiers, valves, and relevant control measures.
* Amend existing schematics to reflect remedial works or system changes.
* Maintain drawing records in line with company procedures and regulatory guidance (e.g. ACOP L8, HSG274).
* Work closely with Legionella Risk Assessors, regularly communicating to clarify technical details, resolve queries, and ensure accuracy of information.

* Strong communication skills, with confidence liaising with Risk Assessors via phone and messaging platforms.
* Ability to interpret technical information and present it clearly and accurately.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, compliant documentation.
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
