To be eligible for the programme, you should be on the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
Criteria:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, with at least one year of relevant work experience.
* A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with at least two years of relevant experience.
* 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
