Registered Care Home Manager Overview:
Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Registered Care Home Manager to lead the team oversee the day to day running of a small residential service in the Blackburn area, supporting older adults with dementia. This residential home has an excellent local reputation and is well known for its fabulous team and high quality care.
We are seeking a manager with CQC registered management experience or a strong deputy home manager who is looking for the next step in their career, with a passion for providing quality care.
The Registered Care Home Manager Candidate:
● CQC registered management, interim manager or deputy manager experience
● 5+ years of experience in a social care setting
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Commitment to social care and making a difference in the lives of others
The Registered Care Home Manager Package:
● Salary up to £40,000

The Registered Care Home Manager Interview Process:
