Responsibilities
* Provide first‑class service and deliver high‑standard therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments including facials, massages, and nail treatments.
* Maximise treatment and retail sales to meet targets and KPIs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.
* Provide ultimate client care to all guests, maximizing revenue opportunities in line with targets.
* Provide professional advice to guests via talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events.
* Carry out all spa treatments to required standards, ensuring adherence to specific treatment times and staying updated on product range developments and new treatments.
* Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes; attend required training courses for your therapist grade.
* Be responsible for working areas, ensuring equipment is fully operational and clean; report defects using the manager on duty.
* Liaise positively with the manager and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments, changes, and additions; flexibility for shift changes.
Qualifications
* Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
* Massage experience essential.
Shift Times
* Monday to Sunday
* 1000 – 1900
* 1100 – 2000
* Weekends worked alternately.
