Shared Services Coordinator
£35,000 | 6‑Month Fixed-Term Contract, may be extended
Based in Aberdeen | Onsite Role
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and HSE teams
* Maintain accurate employee and HSE records and documentation
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes
* Assist with HR and HSE reporting, audits, and compliance activities
* Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and related logistics
* Act as a central point of contact for internal queries relating to HR and HSE administration
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative or shared services coordination role
* Exposure to HR and/or HSE environments is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
