This role is a key supporting position forthe UK Region. This position is responsible for maintaining andcoordinating our WatchPAT Direct fully managed service provided toNHS hospitals and private practices across England.
Youwill be working in a tightly knit team to provide customer serviceto clinical staff and patients delivering the WatchPAT devices forhome sleep apneatests.
Tasks
* Successfullyenter/process new patient information in our internal systemscourier systems and in Salesforce.
* Uploadcompleted sleep studies to the system.
* Trackand maintain deliveries to and frompatients.
* Initiate and answer general phone oremail inquiries from patients or sleep clinics.
* Assist customers via phone with the process ofusing the device.
* Attending to various otheradministrative tasks as may berequired.
Requirements
* Atleast 5 years of experience in customerservice.
* Good knowledge of Word Excel Outlookand Salesforce.
* Must be able to communicateeffectively and always maintain professionalconduct.
* Excellent written & verbalcommunication skills.
* Organized selfstarterwith the ability to handle numerous projects and prioritizeworkload with minimal supervision.
* Professionaland pleasant telephone etiquette.
* Must haveability to enter data accurately.
* Previousexperience in bookkeeping anadvantage.
* Proficient in both written andspoken English a must
* Additional languages anadvantage.
