Responsible Individual Childrens Residential (EBD) Location: Cannock Salary: £70,000 per annum Overseeing 2 Established Homes Growth Opportunities We are seeking an experienced and driven Responsible Individual to oversee two established childrens residential homes in Cannock, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role with a growing organisation that has clear plans for expansion. The Role Act as the Registered Responsible Individual for two childrens homes Provide effective leadership, oversight, and support to Registered Managers Ensure full compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards Monitor performance, quality of care, and safeguarding practice across both services Drive continuous improvement and support homes to achieve strong Ofsted outcomes Contribute to the organisations strategic growth, including future service development Work closely with senior leadership to shape operational and expansion plans About You Proven experience in a senior leadership role within childrens residential care Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and regulatory frameworks Track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding standards Confident in providing oversight, challenge, and support to Registered Managers Committed to delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people Ambitious, with an interest in supporting organisational growth and development Whats on Offer Salary of £70,000 per annum Oversight of two established, stable services Opportunity to influence and support future growth and new service development Strong support from an experienced senior leadership team A role with real impact and strategic responsibility This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced senior leader looking to step into a high-level Responsible Individual position with both operational oversight and strategic influence.
