Technical Project Manager Faversham – Including travel into sites in London £40k - £65k Depending on experience Monday – Friday Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager who loves turning complex designs into flawless manufactured products? Join a growing design-to-manufacture business where you’ll own projects end-to-end and make a real impact on quality, efficiency, and delivery. The Role You’ll be the technical lead across multiple projects—reviewing designs, validating manufacturability, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring everything is fully costed, approved, and delivered right first time. You’ll introduce structure, solve problems early, and keep projects on track for time, cost, and quality. Duties include: Review and verify drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation Ensure designs are manufacturable, costed, and fully signed off Lead project planning, resourcing, and progress tracking Liaising with other teams to ensure smooth running of all processes Drive quality control and supplier accountability Identify risks, resolve issues, and improve processes Mentor Project Coordinators and support continuous improvement Any other duties required What you’ll bring to the team: Experience in technical project management, engineering, or manufacturing Ability to read technical drawings and understand production processes to ensure products can be manufactured Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Commercial awareness and confidence managing cost and risk (Desirable) CAD literacy, ERP experience, or background in fabrication/construction manufacturing Must have a full UK driving licence in order to commute to both the office and sites.
