You’ll lead from the front, winning enterprise accounts while empowering your leaders to do the same. This is what you’ll be doing: Build and deliver a sales strategy focused on high-value, long-cycle enterprise deals Lead, coach, and inspire Heads of Sales and the wider team of BDM's Create and roll out best-in-class BDM training and development programmes Secure senior-level client relationships, becoming a trusted commercial partner Work with Marketing to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates Identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities Provide accurate forecasts and insight to the UKI leadership team Represent Hubexo at industry events and in high-level market conversations About You You’re a hunter at heart, but you know lasting success comes from building people as well as pipeline. You’re ready for a role that stretches your strategic thinking and demands exceptional leadership.
