* Bookflightsaccuratelybasedontransittimeandcost
* Providepre-andpost-flightupdates,includingtrackinginformation
* Maintainandupdateinternalreservationsandbillingsystems
* Coordinatewithsales,accounts,andoperationalteams
* Ensuretimelyhandlingofbookings,confirmations,anddocumentation
* ProcessfreightdocumentationinlinewithairlineproceduresandSLAs
* Monitorcargomovements,transhipments,andhandlingprocesses
* Liaisewithairportauthorities,stationmanagers,andgroundhandlers
* Resolveoperationalissuesandminimisecargohandlingdisruptions
