Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support for analytical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Deliver IT support, applications assistance, and staff training.
Requirements:
- Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and IVD industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability under pressure.
