About the Role
We are recruiting Adult Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics to join a respected UK Health & Social Care provider as Adult Disability Assessors.
This is a non-treatment, assessment-based role where you will help adults understand how their health conditions affect daily living, and produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports that support important decision-making.
What You Will Do
As an Adult Disability Assessor, you will:
Complete functional assessments with adults via telephone, video, and face-to-face (approximately 70% home-based)
Review medical evidence and produce structured, objective clinical reports
Assess a wide range of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions
Work autonomously in a role designed for clarity, consistency, and clinical reasoning
Receive full clinical support and structured guidance at all times
Gain full diary control after six months, increasing flexibility This role involves no diagnosis, no treatment, and no urgent care pressures.
Who We Are Looking For
You must be a qualified healthcare professional with 12 months or more post-registration experience in adult settings, and registered with the NMC or HCPC.
Eligible professions include:
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
Physiotherapist
Occupational Therapist
Paramedic Additional requirements:
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Confident report writing and IT capability
Ability to attend the Tunbridge Wells site for face-to-face assessments
Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) Salary & Benefits Salary: £41,500 – £42,500
Bonus: Up to 10% annually
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Shifts: No nights, weekends, or bank holidays
