Vision for Education is seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teaching and learning across all key stages, leading interventions, and delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of HLTA, you will:
1. Hold HLTA status or an equivalent qualification
2. Have experience working within a primary school setting
3. Be confident leading small group work and delivering whole-class lessons
4. Be flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference
5. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Have a current, valid Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one through Vision for Education

We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
