Business Teacher – Outstanding School – Surrey
An Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in Surrey is seeking a dynamic and engaging Business Teacher to join their successful department. This is a full-time, permanent position, teaching Key Stages 4 and 5. The school has a strong focus on preparing students with practical knowledge for the world of business and enterprise.
Responsibilities:
The appointed Business Teacher will plan and deliver stimulating and relevant lessons that connect theoretical concepts to real-world business practice. You will cover topics such as marketing, finance, human resources, and entrepreneurship, preparing students for success in Business qualifications (GCSE, A-Level, BTEC). Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the development of the Business curriculum are key parts of this Business Teacher role. An excellent Business Teacher is required.
Requirements:
Applicants must be a qualified Business Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Business or a related field. Proven experience teaching Business at the secondary level (Key Stages 4 and 5) is essential. Strong subject knowledge, an understanding of current business trends, and excellent communication and classroom management skills are required.
