Vice President / Senior Vice President – Client Solutions

I am partnering with a leading European real estate investment manager with over €10bn AUM across offices, retail, residential, and logistics. As a vertically integrated business, they focus on value-add strategies and long-term, sustainable growth.
They are seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President to join their high-performing Client Solutions team. This is a senior, high-impact position suited to an entrepreneurial and commercially driven professional with a strong investor network and an excellent track record in capital raising and investor relations—ideally within real estate or private equity.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as a key relationship manager for institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners
* Co-lead capital raising across new and existing strategies, leveraging personal networks to build long-term relationships
* Oversee the delivery of investor reporting, portfolio updates, and presentations
* Coordinate fundraising materials, DDQs, data rooms, and support roadshows and investor meetings
* Identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to support growth
* Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events
* Collaborate across internal teams (Investment, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, ESG, Marketing) to deliver a best-in-class investor experience
Candidate profile:
8–12 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development within real estate private equity or asset management
A strong network of institutional investors and capital partners
Deep understanding of private fund structures, fundraising processes, and real estate fundamentals
Outstanding communication, relationship management, and project management skills
High attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems
