We are seeking an exceptional Rooms Division Manager. This role is ideal for a hands-on, service-driven leader who excels in people management and team development and thrives in a luxury environment where attention to detail and personalised service truly make the difference.
About the role
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Security operations with a strong focus on delivering refined, seamless service. Responsible for leading and developing a team of approximately 25 team members.
Uphold uncompromising standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest care across all rooms and public areas.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional service standards, while fostering a warm, professional, and guest-focused culture that drives satisfaction and repeat business.
Drive operational efficiency through effective labour planning, cost management and process optimisation.
Manage room inventory, oversee VIP arrivals, guest preferences and service delivery to ensure a seamless personalised luxury experience.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify and execute revenue-driving initiatives within the department, aligning commercial strategy with operational delivery.
Ensure that service standards are trained and team members can confidently fulfil their duties.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety and quality assurance requirements and maintain brand integrity.
What yo u bring
Proven experience in a luxury hotel, boutique property or country house environment.
A genuine passion for hospitality with a natural eye for personalised service.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and guest engagement abilities.
Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera) and a solid understanding of rooms operations.
