As a Senior Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering nationally significant infrastructure projects. This hybrid role offers flexibility with offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester. Key Responsibilities: Lead landowner engagement and provide expert advice on Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs). Draft, review, and manage land-related documentation across complex infrastructure schemes. Negotiate compensation settlements and produce detailed valuation reports. Advise acquiring authorities and affected landowners throughout the full project lifecycle. Drive business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities. Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training and development initiatives. What You’ll Bring: A degree in Real Estate or a related discipline. Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards). Proven experience in DCO and CPO processes. Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively. Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
