Goose + Berry is a leading luxury catering company based in Maidenhead, delivering exceptional weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events across London and the Home Counties.
We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead on securing new business, expanding our client base, and strengthening existing relationships. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on hitting ambitious sales targets, developing long-term partnerships, and driving the continued growth of a premium events brand.
Salary: £32,000 basic + excellent commission structure (OTE £50,000)
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities across weddings, social, and corporate events
* Expand and develop existing client relationships to increase repeat business and referrals
* Generate leads and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
* Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
* Negotiate confidently with prospective and established clients to maximise profitability
* Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline from enquiry through to contract signing
* Conduct client meetings and presentations at a senior level to showcase Goose + Berry's offering
* Work closely with the operations and events team to ensure a seamless client journey
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, meeting all agreed KPIs
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in sales within the events, hospitality, or luxury service industries
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and maximise ROI
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Results-driven, resilient, and confident engaging with clients at all levels
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
* Self-motivated and proactive in driving new business and growing accounts
* A passion for premium events and an understanding of what sets them apart
