* Define success metrics in collaboration with analytics teams to measure impact and guide ongoing improvements.
* Design system-led experiences, ensuring seamless interaction across connected platforms such as billing systems, internal tools, and third-party integrations.
* Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and validate design decisions.
* Create sketches, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity to complex enterprise workflows.
* Produce clear and effective data visualisations that simplify complexity and support decision-making.
* Collaborate across the full product lifecycle, from early discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement.
* Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, surface requirements, and accelerate user-centred decision-making.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the design system to ensure scalability, consistency, and efficiency.
* Actively participate in feedback sessions, incorporating input from peers to improve design outcomes.
* Contribute to a strong design culture by engaging in critique, sharing knowledge, and supporting continuous learning.
