Joining Bonus: £750 Paid to hire drivers & £300 Paid to Van Owners. * Competitive Pay: Earn from £175/£190 per day VAT (if registered), with opportunities to increase. Temporary incentive: £7 per route (over 4.5 h) on weeks 40 to 44, paid on top of the route rate. Seasonal Bonus: Extra £10 (for routes up to 4.5 h) / £21 (for routes over 4.5 h) on top of your route rate from weeks 45 to 52. Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn more with incentives paid based on performance achievements. Fuel Contribution: Paid per calculated travelled mile, on top of route rate Weekly Payments: Consistent, reliable payments every week. Follow pre-sequenced parcel routes for maximum efficiency. Provide excellent customer service on every delivery. Maintain Fast UK Parcels high standards of professionalism. Candidate Requirements: Full UK/EU driving licence, held for at least 12 months. No more than 6 penalty points. Manual licence preferred ( please note that we are unable to accept automatic licences for van rentals ); an automatic licence is accepted for drivers with their own van. Previous multi-drop or courier experience is desirable but not essential. Strong time-management and organisational skills. Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service. The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start.
