About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our Home Care team. In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of our client service operations—providing high-quality administrative support, managing records, and helping ensure services run smoothly and meet compliance standards.
Full-time role - 8.00am to 4.06pm - $34.09 per hour + superannuation
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and clerical support to Care Coordinators
* Liaise with clients, families, staff, and external providers
* Process and track client service orders and purchases
* Maintain accurate client records and data entry
* Respond to phone, email, and in-person enquiries professionally
* Assist with general office duties
* Support compliance with aged care quality standards
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in an admin. or customer service role
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A team player mindset with a can-do attitude
* Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or Community Services
* Experience in aged care, NDIS, or not-for-profit sectors
* Knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) or CHSP
Requirements
* National Police Clearance
