We are seeking a proactive, organised, and personable Office Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team at our Ripon-based office. This is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit environment where attention to detail and teamwork make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support across the office and warehouse team
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* Process customer orders accurately using our order management system
* Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
* Maintain stock records and support with inventory checks
* Prepare invoices, credit notes, and basic financial documentation
* Support website order processing and address customer queries related to online purchases
* Handle filing, document management, and general office organisation
* Liaise with suppliers and couriers where necessary
* Assist with marketing support tasks such as mailouts or website updates (training provided)
* Provide occasional support in packaging or dispatch during busy periods

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Friendly, professional manner with a customer-first approach

Desirable:

* Experience in a retail, e-commerce, or stock-based environment
* Familiarity with order management or inventory systems
* Basic knowledge of accounting processes (e.g., invoicing, reconciliations)
* Interest or experience in textiles, sewing, or crafts
