Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team at Honeywell in central Scotland, primarily serving clients around Edinburgh and Glasgow. As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding share of wallet within our existing customer portfolio in Scotland.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing the existing account base through new projects, share of wallet expansion, and new services.
* Owning and delivering the monthly and quarterly forecasts for your accounts with support from sales management.
* Converting and growing ‘connected’ software SaaS contracts and securing lifecycle upgrade plans to ensure building technology delivers desired outcomes.
* Upselling and cross-selling into existing client organizations and multiple stakeholders.
* Engaging in strategic account and opportunity planning to meet targets.
* Selling key-built environment systems such as BMS, fire, security, and access, delivering integrated SaaS and IoT solutions.
Key requirements:
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of developing and executing a clear account penetration strategy, and takes full accountability for results. They should have a strong desire to achieve sales targets and succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Building strong customer relationships and collaborating internally across functions are essential. A structured sales management process to ensure timely forecasting and reporting is required.
Requirements include:
* Deep understanding of building services within the built environment, with knowledge of SaaS and IoT solutions.
* Proven sales experience within building technology, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
* Strong emotional intelligence for building lasting client relationships.
