We are seeking an amazing Email Marketing Specialist to develop, implement and update marketing campaigns.

This is for a full‑time, remote‑work‑at‑home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:
* Lead email marketing strategy and execution
* Manage client email activities, including lifecycle, engagement, and promotions
* Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to create campaign messaging and newsletters
* Segment audiences for better engagement and results
* Utilize email automation software for campaign optimization
* Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
* Optimize lead nurturing workflows
* Conduct A/B testing to improve email KPIs
* Establish a reporting framework for data‑driven recommendations
* Ensure compliance with industry policies and best practices
* Support marketing campaigns with email and landing page creation
Requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant email marketing experience
* Proven experience working in one or more marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics365)
* Experience managing marketing automation programs and email deployments
* Extreme attention to detail in testing and quality assurance
* Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
* Familiarity with updating and manipulating HTML and VML for emails
* Has a strong understanding of international email compliance laws and how they tie to marketing automation best practices
* Ability to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)
